① Gas heat exchanger series products matched with catalytic incineration (CO)
Catalytic incineration is actually complete catalytic oxidation, that is, under the action of catalyst, the harmful combustible components in the exhaust gas are completely oxidized to CO2 and H2O. Considering that most organic substances are combustible, catalytic incineration has become one of the effective methods to purify hydrocarbon containing waste gas. Catalytic incineration has been used to purify organic waste gases in many industries, such as metal printing, insulating materials, enameled wires, coking, paint, chemical industry and so on. Especially, the drying waste gas discharged in the production process of enameled wire, insulating materials, printing and so on, because the waste gas temperature is high and the organic concentration is high, it is beneficial to the incineration reaction and heat recovery and utilization, and has good economic benefits, which is the reason for its wide application. During catalytic incineration, the temperature is generally between 300 ℃ ~400 ℃.
 
② Gas heat exchanger series products matched with regenerative incinerator (RTO)
The principle is to heat the organic waste gas to above 760 ℃ (depending on the composition), so that the VOC in the waste gas can be oxidized and decomposed into CO2 and H2O. The high-temperature gas produced by oxidation flows through a special ceramic heat storage body, which heats up the ceramic body and "stores heat", which is used to preheat the subsequent organic waste gas. So as to save the fuel consumption of exhaust gas heating.

To (thermal oxidizer) increases the temperature of combustible and harmful gases to the reaction temperature by using the heat generated by the combustion of auxiliary fuel, so as to produce oxidative decomposition.

④ Heat exchange hot blast stove series products
The high-efficiency hot blast stove produced by our company is composed of the combustion furnace and the high-efficiency plate heat exchanger (with invention patent) independently invented by our company. It can withstand a certain high temperature (it can provide 600 ℃ clean hot blast) and has high thermal efficiency (the thermal efficiency can reach more than 90%, which mainly depends on the exhaust temperature required by the owner); Moreover, the equipment is compact and the floor space is small.

⑤ Desulfurization and denitration flue gas whitening series products
The flue gas is low-temperature saturated plume wet flue gas (or approximately saturated) after being purified by absorption or desulfurization tower. Due to the low ambient temperature, the water vapor in the saturated wet flue gas changes and condenses into a liquid state after the flue gas is discharged from the chimney outlet.
According to the principle of white smoke generation, the scheme starts with reducing the dew point temperature of wet flue gas and increasing the unsaturation. It is necessary to reduce the absolute moisture content of flue gas in order to reduce the dew point temperature. According to the definition of dew point temperature, the dew point temperature is the temperature when the wet air is saturated. At this time, the water vapor in it will condense and precipitate, and the absolute moisture content in the flue gas will be less if the temperature continues to decline. Therefore, the moisture in the flue gas can be collected by reducing the flue gas temperature below the dew point; Increasing the unsaturation can increase the temperature, so that the flue gas has been fully diffused before the process of flue gas cooling dew point water vapor condensation is completed in the emission process, so as to reduce the generation of white smoke. Through the synergy of the above two aspects, the phenomenon of white smoke can be completely eliminated.
